This policy explains what information Bob's Billets (operated by Virtual Ventures, LLC) collects through this website, how it's used, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers this marketing site only — client projects have their own data-handling terms in their Services Agreement.
When you fill out the free project assessment form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, business type, current site status, page/feature selections, budget range, timeline, and any details you type in. We do not collect this information anywhere else on the site. Standard hosting and analytics tools may also log basic visit data (page views, browser type, approximate location from IP address) — this is aggregate, not tied to your name unless you've also submitted the form.
Form submissions are used only to prepare a project estimate and follow up about your inquiry by email. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We may use a third-party email or scheduling tool to manage that follow-up; those providers only see what's needed to send you a message.
Assessment form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and are deleted if you ask us to (see below) or after [12] months of no further contact.
Email hello@bobswebworks.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll confirm within a reasonable time.
This site may use basic analytics to understand traffic (e.g., which pages get visited). These tools do not identify you personally unless you've also submitted the assessment form.
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, but no online transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
