Check your email
If those details match an account, a confirmation link is on its way. It works for one hour.
The email can take a few minutes. Look in your spam folder too. Nothing is cancelled until you open the link and press the confirm button.
What happens next
Once you confirm, I process the cancellation within 48 hours of the time you first sent this request, not the time you pressed confirm. If a renewal is charged before I get to it, I refund it. Your site stays up until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it goes offline.
